1 person died and 100 were sick after after touching the chickens that spread virus called the SALMONELLA.


Between February 15 and May 19 there was a spread in Salmonella virus across america which led to 27 hospitalizations and 1 death. When government officials interviewed many said that they touched backyard chickens or ate meat and egg from them. Now the government is warning about the symptoms of Salmonella to consumers and sellers to avoid future outbreaks.
